Malcolm our Head Chef, is an Ex-Biomedical Scientist in Microbiology where he specialised in cross-contamination, so when it comes to looking after you whilst preparing you meal there could be no one better. With more than three decade as a master chef and decorated three times, you and your children are safe in his hands.
